3-star Hotel 3 Mohren was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is located right in the village center of Oetz. The hotel offers an adjacent barrier-free and wheelchair accessible bungalow: Ferienhaus Mohrenhäusl. Therefore it is possible to stay at the self-catering holiday house and enjoy meals in the hotel - the choice is all yours.

| Arrival/parking/access: |
The hotel has open parking areas on three sides of the house but no marked disabled parking spaces. The Mohrenhäusl holiday house features a larger, covered parking area. Wheelchair users are strongly recommended to enter the house via the side entrance and the ample summer terrace. There are three steps that can be mastered with the help of a mobile ramp. The hotel has a 120 cm wide door with a 1.8 cm high threshold. |

| Room/living area/WC and bathroom: |
equipped with a table (lower edge is 72 cm high) with chairs and corner seating, a kitchen and a large corner sofa with table. A sliding door with a 5 cm high threshold leads directly to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms with enough maneuvering space. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible washbasin (the door below must be opened), a bathtub and a walk-in shower equipped with sliding door. The toilet is accessible from one side and has a lateral folded handle. |
