From Vent you take the steep path below the chair lift up to Stabelinalm (or the chairlift Wildspitze). Here you follow the wide trail, which becomes much steeper and narrower after a while, towards Breslauer Hütte. Continue on Seufertweg trail without much change in elevation. From scenic Vernagtbachtal up to Vernagthütte. Here you stay overnight. Then descend to the iron bridge over Hintereisbach brooklet and conquer the steeply rising switchbacks until you reach the turn-off to Martin Busch Hütte. Across boulder-strewn and rubble terrain, slightly climbing at the beginning - then steeply ascending, you walk to the peak (two short climbing sections without any safety ropes - surefootedness and a good head for heights are absolutely required!). Hike down to Martin Busch Hütte across the rubble field. From the hut a steeply ascending trail travels towards the remains of Brizzihütte and past lovely Brizzisee lake to the Kreuzspitze. Descend to Martin Busch Hütte and return to Vent.
