This low energy apartment house is located in the hamlet of Au, it is an allergy-friendly building equipped with a state-of-the-art ventilation system. There are two wheelchair accessible apartments with terrace (approx. 51 m²). Countless level walking trails can be found right in front of the guesthouse and the host himself, Rainer Lange, is happy to make excursions together with his guests!

Arrival and parking: Access to the house and room/apartment		Spacious, ground-level parking along the side road in front of the house. Access right to the front door if required. Ground-level access without steps, doorbell with intercom is easily accessible.
Other, generally accessible house areas:		The 2 wheelchair accessible holiday apartments (approx. 51 m2) for 2-4 persons with terrace are located on the ground floor, all other areas of the house are not accessible by wheelchair. The adjacent Aqua Dome thermal spa is largely wheelchair accessible.
Room/living area/WC and bathroom:		Height of bed approx. 52 cm, easily accessible on the long side; limited maneuvering space in front of the bed (78 cm), mattress 4 cm above the edge of the bed. Wheelchair accessible table; wardrobe and coatrack can be reached from the wheelchair. Wheelchair accessible bathroom, with limited maneuvering area (<150 cm); an additional bathtub is available, which is not adapted for wheelchairs and has no handles. Terrace with enough turning space available, accessible via one step (9 cm) and a mobile ramp!
