How works this outstanding treasure hunt for kids?

Following the two marked treasure hunt routes you will discover small caches (treasure boxes) hidden in the most incredible places. Each cache contains a small item for trading plus a log book and a hole punch with a certain symbol. Use it for stamping the right cache box on the treasure map. If you have already found all treasures along the route and marked them with the hole punch on your treasure map you can come to the local Tourist Information Office and pick up your personal little treasure.

How to find your treasure?

Following the marked route you will discover small caches (treasure boxes). Each cache contains a sheet with secret letters written on it. Write these letters into the right box of your treasure hunting map.

Only those who have found all secret letters are able to compose the code word. Knowing the code word, you can pick up a small present at the Information Ochsengarten, Oetz or Infopoint Ötztal. 

The valley route along Bee Theme Trail is about 3 km long, walking time 1.5 hours.

The Sattele Loop is about 7 km long, altitude gain 350 m, walking time 4 hours.

How to find your treasure?

STARTING POINT (walking time: about 30 min to the start point):

  1. Sölden Zentrum Shuttle/Philipp -> direction Innerwald, through the hamlet to the chapel, then take the hiking trail behind the chapel until you reach „Stiegele“ area (glacier road towards Infang/Gaislach crossroads)
  2. Sölden Gaislachkogl mountain gondola -> trail from parking house towards Unterwald/Innerwald -> past base station of Mittelstation chairlift -> to „Stiegele“ area

„Stiegele“ start point: follow Infangstraße (direction Infang) for about 150 m – keep left before you reach the camp ground, head into the forest towards Infang.

ALWAYS FOLLOW THE GREEN CIRCLE SIGNS!

Following the marked route you will discover small caches (treasure boxes). Either one or more cache boxes contain a sheet with a riddle, a number or a letter written on it. Write them into the respective field of your treasure map. Everyone who has found all caches, knowing the right answer, can open the locks of our treasure chest waiting for you at the Information Sölden.
