The participants start in the center of Umhausen at an altitude of 1,036m. Here, too, the waterfall plays a central role and accompanies the sporty ladies and gentlemen a bit along the way up to Niederthai. Past the first refreshment station and arrived in Niederthai, the route goes over the Rauhen Bichl towards Höfle and Bichl to the highest point of the route. The following downhill leads over the Höhenweg to the trail to the Sattele. The last section of the race runs for the participants past the third refreshment station, along the Steppsteig towards the village center and the finish.
