The trail leads from the sports center Längenfeld along the Fischbach towards the confluence with the Ötztaler Ache. The trail continues past the Aqua Dome thermal spa in the direction of Astlehn/Runhof. There you cross the bridge and continue through snow-covered meadows with a magnificent view of the Ötztal mountains to Huben. Arrived at the southernmost point the round takes a turn. The way back takes place past the soccer field to the district Mühl. In this area up to Gottsgut, the runner is somewhat challenged, as the terrain has noticeable inclines. From Runhof, where again the bridge was crossed, the route now leads parallel to the Ötztaler Ache along back to the starting point.
